Rich Reynolds

Rich has over a decade of experience in the energy and banking industries. Prior to co-founding Cavalcade, Rich was focused on all legal aspects of NuStar Energy’s Permian Basin business as well as NuStar’s domestic and international M&A activity. Rich was intimately involved in the $1.5 billion acquisition of Navigator Energy Services.

Before joining NuStar, Rich was Vice President and Associate Corporate Counsel for Frost Bank, managing all legal affairs, including corporate transactions, litigation and regulatory matters. 

Rich is active in the San Antonio community, having held leadership positions with the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Blood and Tissue Center Foundation and Sunshine Cottage School for Deaf Children.

Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Washington & Lee University and a law degree from St. Mary’s University.
