Ross Dillon
Chief Operating Officer and co-founder

Ross has nearly fifteen years of proven engineering and operations experience in the midstream oil and gas industry. Prior to co-founding Cavalcade, Ross was responsible for managing NuStar’s strategic capital project portfolio in the Permian Basin. 

Prior to his work in the Permian, Ross managed strategic capital projects across NuStar’s North American asset base, including the initial coordination of the project to supply refined products into Northern Mexico. 

Before joining NuStar, Ross held various engineering and operations roles with Kinder Morgan and El Paso Energy. 

Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
